How to become an IPS officer after 12th?

 All informations to become an IPS officer.

IPS means Indian Police Service. it is one of the bid post in UPSC(Union Public Service Commission). It is a dream of many peoples to being an IPS officer. People do very hardwork for it. But many people doesn't know that how to being an IPS officer. 

   So now I will tell you that how to become an IPS officer.

   Let's Start.

I will tell you that what is the qualifications,how many exams are taken,what are the physical criteria,etc to being an IPS officer.

Full form of IPS is Indian Police Service. It is not so easy to being an IPS officer. You need to qualify many tough exams,physical tests and many more.You need to clear these things and then you will be get the post.In this test million of students are examined but few students are selected there.

  Q. What is the qualification criteria in IPS exam?

:::Your age should be 21 years to 30 years for general and OBC caste and for SC and  ST 21 years to 35years.

::: You should bachelor's degree in any field.

::: Only the people of India Nepal and Bhutan can I take the exam of IPS.

Q.What are the physical abilities should you have?

:::For male; A male's height  should be at least 165 CM for general candidates and 160 cm for other backward classes and SC and ST.Chest should be 84 CM for all.

:::For female; A female's height should be at least 150 cm for general candidates and 145 for OBC , SC and ST .And chest should be 79cm for all.

:::Eye sight; For good eye's person the vision should be 6/6 or 6/9 and for weak eye's person the eyesight vision should be 6/12 and 6/9.

  *** So these are some of the qualifications for appear in the examination of IPS. So if you have these qualifications then you are ready for being an IPS officer.

Now we will see that how to become an IPS officer.

1. Pass 12th class.

::: For being an IPS officer you need to qualify class 12 from any stream that can be  science,arts or commerce, but you have to pass this class.

2. You need to complete graduation.

::: When you will be passed class 12th after that you need to be graduate or get degree from any subject because for appearing in the examination of IPS officer you should must complete your graduation.

3. Apply for UPSC exams.

:::When you have been completed graduation then you need to apply for UPSC or at the final year of graduation you may apply for IAS IPS or IRS .So if you want to be  appear in the  examination of IAS, IPS or IRS then you need for clear the exam of UPSC for these all.

 Because UPSC conduct these examinations and it is the toughest exam of India.

:::  When you will be applied for UPSC exam then you need to clear 3 exams of UPSC. First is the Preliminary exam second is the Mains exam and the last one is the Interview. After clearing these exams you will be go for training and then you will be an IPS officer.

4. Preliminary Exam.

::: After applying UPSC exam the first paper you need to attend is preliminary. In this exam their will two papers of questions and the both will objective it means both the paper of four options will have 200 marks in each. And for attending the next exam you need to qualify this exam.

5.The Mains exam.

:::After clearing the preliminary exam you will be eligible to appear in the mains exam and you need to clear this exam but it's too hard . This exam has 9 papers  in which you need to give written and interview test.And it is also very hard. So many people were not able to clear this exam so if you want to be an IPS officer  then you need to get proper marks in this exam.

6.Clear Interview.

:::after qualifying for the exams  then you will be called for personal interview which is for about 45 minutes. Here are many panels of interview they will ask very tricky and tough questions from you.So you need to be prepare for it. Then you will be an IPS officer.

7. Complete the training of an IPS officer.

::: When you will  be cleared all the exams and the  interviews. Then you need to complete the training of an IPS officer.You will be sent to Hyderabad, massoorie,etc  for training and when you will clear the training then you will be posted an IPS officer.
