⭐(1) Read out Loud.

And then you are able to remember anything quickly and do not get bored.

⭐(2) Avoid Heavy Meals 

 Whenever we eat a lot of food together we start feeling sleepy. Because to digest so much food, the heart has to pump a lot of blood. And then a little less blood starts going to the brain and becomes less active. Because of which we start sleeping and we fall asleep. So always eat less food at a time. Do not eat too much while studying and especially.

⭐(3) Intervals

 We should not do any work for very long. We should always take a break. If our 45-minute concentration is made on a study, do not go more than that, otherwise we will start feeling very boring. And then we'll go to sleep. So if we take 45 minutes in one setting, then take a break of at least 10 to 15 minutes.

⭐(4) Napping

We should not take frequent breaks during our studies. Because sometimes it happens that we are actually feeling sleepy. For this, we have to find our routine or a time of day. At that time we are very less energetic. And at that time we should sleep for a while. So that after getting up we feel refreshed. And then after getting up, we can read with full concentration.

⭐(5) Be Upright

 Many students have a habit of reading on the bed or lying down. And then later somehow they fall asleep. For this, we should sit at the table anytime and study. Due to which the blood near the mind also goes more and it becomes very active.

⭐(6) Organize Your Studies

 Organize your studies too often that our topic of study for that day is very difficult and we get bored. And then fall asleep. Therefore, sit with an interesting subject with difficult topics. So that when we get bored of that difficult subject, then we get refreshed after reading the interesting thing. And then we can continue further studies with full concentration.

⭐(7) Workstation Shuffle

 Sometimes it happens that we feel sleepy even when we read interesting things. For this, we should keep changing the environment of our studies, so that our mind does not get bored by seeing the same thing and our mind remains active.
